  • Budget-friendly billing units - We will bill you in convenient chunks of 15 or 30 minutes to ensure you get the best value from our team.
  • Priority support - We will give you priority over the support needs of our non-retained clients. We will also guarantee a maximum response time in our service level agreement.
  • Reduced hourly fees - Access reduced rates for our work even if it falls outside your monthly allowance.
