Go Beyond
Following a rebrand and change of name, Go Beyond (formerly Chicks) asked Eyes Down to create a new website.
Eyes Down ran a stakeholder consultation workshop with employees, partners and beneficiaries of the charity in order to explore the primary web audiences, their needs and the key user journeys. Following the workshop we worked through our proven web-design process to:
- Agree a sitemap which supports the key user journeys defined in the workshop.
- Create wireframes with clear signposting and calls to action.
- Build visually striking page templates.
- Develop a flexible WordPress theme which allows the Go Beyond team to create a wide range of page layouts which closely follow brand guidelines.
The new website features a flexible online donation platform for single and recurring donations which includes:
- Self management of recurring donations by donors.
- Donation reporting built into WordPress.
- Multiple payment gateways.
- Data exports optimised for CRM integration.
Because the website was moving to a new platform as well as a new domain name, our team worked through a carefully planned launch process including migration of content and setup of rewrites for old URLs to minimise the SEO impact of the rebrand.
We chose to work with Eyes Down Digital to develop a new website for the launch of our charity’s new name and brand. From start to finish the process was expertly led by the Eyes Down team. At every stage Stuart was willing to offer advice and guidance while also listening carefully to our brief and our objectives for the new site. Every aspect of the build ran smoothly and was stress-free which is thanks to Stuart’s calm and expert approach. The Eyes Down team’s attention to detail has meant that every part of our new site works seamlessly. We look forward to seeing the full impact of the new site on Go Beyond in the coming weeks and months.
