A New Website for a Vital Cause
Cruse supports people through bereavement, including those affected by suicide. They needed a website that would offer both clarity and compassion—making it easy for people to find help and information when they need it most.

We built a bespoke WordPress site with a flexible CMS that allows the Cruse team to create any layout they need using drag-and-drop functionality. A set of branded components ensures a consistent look and feel across every page, without limiting creativity or flexibility.

Supporting the Team
To ensure a smooth transition, we trained the Cruse team to use the new CMS and created a series of how-to videos for future reference. This helps them stay confident and self-sufficient as they grow the site.
Digitising the Referral Process
We helped take key offline referral forms and processes online. This included converting paper-based forms into user-friendly digital versions and advising on how to streamline the back-office systems behind them—reducing delays and improving access to support.
