Home-Start London asked us to give their website a new look and to help them raise money through digital.

We started with a user experience (UX) workshop in which we examined their key audiences and mapped our their supporter journeys. The insight from this workshop enabled us to plan and deliver a website which addresses the needs of all key audiences as well as fulfilling the organisations fundraising objectives.

As part of the project we identified a set of success criteria which Home-Start can use to measure success going forwards. This ongoing evaluation will help to ensure they make the most of their investment in years to come.

We have just relaunched our new website with Eyes-Down and are extremely happy with the result.

Stuart was great to work with, always available on phone and email and delivered on time and to budget.
