The Psychosynthesis Trust
The Psychosynthesis Trust asked Eyes Down to re-examine the purpose of their website and to bring the website in line with their audience’s needs.
We started the project with a user experience (UX) workshop with a broad group of stakeholders. In the workshop we examined the needs of the key web audiences and took a deeper look at the high priority content and the most important user journeys for each audience.
We then created a website plan which addresses all of the the needs and user journeys identified in the workshop. By including The Trust’s stakeholders in the planning process, we created a website which is optimally structured and will stand the test of time.
The WordPress website includes a booking system for training courses and is based on a set of templates which are super-flexible to allow a wide range of page layouts while ensuring that brand guidelines are adhered to.
No website project is complete without a makeover, so we created a striking new design which shows off the Psychosynthesis Trust brand.
Our new website is beautiful and modern and embodies who we are as an organisation, our purpose and what we stand for. It also offers a much-improved customer experience with a clear navigation and customer journey. We’ve had great feedback since it was launched!
The Eyes Down team really took the time to understand who we are as an organisation and gave us great advice throughout, always making things simple and accessible to us. Great customer support, flexibility and attentiveness to the specific needs of our charity from the start.
They are very knowledgeable, prompt and personable and we would happily work with Eyes Down again.
