Veterans Aid commissioned Eyes Down to build a bespoke customer relationship management system (CRM) which enables them to manage their customer data exactly as they wish to.

Off the shelf solutions were deemed too expensive and lacked certain specific tools relating to the exact nature of Veterans Aid's content. Our bespoke solution offers a cost-effective and completely customisable CRM product which can be shaped as our client's operating environment changes.

The outcome

Veterans Aid now track all contact with clients through the CRM. The tool has become central to their daily operations, has increased the efficiency of their team and has enabled them to analyse their activities and expenditure in detail.

The CRM is also now being used to measure impact and the reports generated by the CRM are central to grant and funding proposals.
